Secure Your Slot: A booking is only confirmed once a RM100 security deposit is paid.
First Come, First Served: Without the deposit, the slot remains open for other clients.
To finalize your booking, provide:
Final Payment: Remaining balance paid during pickup.
Cancellations: RM100 deposit non-refundable.
Refunds: Fully refunded if returned on time & in original condition.
Full responsibility during rental.
Equipment returned in same condition.
Cleaning fee if returned dirty.
Late return: RM20/hour deducted.
Repairs: Renter pays full cost.
Negligence Fee: RM100 for improper handling.
Loss or Theft: Full replacement value.
Canon EOS R50: RM4,000 (Non-negotiable).
Mutual respect required. CameraHub.my can refuse service for abusive behavior.
Agreement: By paying the deposit, you agree to all terms.
